Dr. Ivan Zak is a veterinarian, entrepreneur, and operator passionate about building the bridge between clinical excellence and strong business outcomes. A former relief veterinarian and founder of Galaxy Vets, an employee-owned network of veterinary urgent care hospitals, he brings firsthand experience to the challenges clinics and veterinarians face. Dr. Zak graduated from the Atlantic Veterinary College and holds an MBA in International Healthcare Management.

A longtime relief veterinarian who continues to practice relief today, Dr. Andrew Ciccolini believes strong relationships are at the heart of great veterinary medicine. He previously served as Medical Director at National Mill Dog Rescue in Colorado and Director of Non-Profit Initiatives at Galaxy Vets. His background also includes service in the U.S. Army, where he advanced from Associate Veterinarian to VP of Operations. Dr. Ciccolini holds a Doctorate in Veterinary Medicine and a Master’s degree in Organizational Leadership.

Evgeniy Galkin is a technology architect who enjoys turning messy clinic processes into automated systems. Former Chief Architect at SmartFlow, the first workflow optimization system for veterinary hospitals later acquired by IDEXX, he personally engineered 35 PIMS integrations and has spent his career creating practical technology for veterinary teams. He is especially interested in how AI can help clinics work more efficiently, make better decisions, and improve business outcomes.
