Veterinary practices can now invite their own relief veterinarians onto Serenity Vet, view their availability in real time, and manage every aspect of scheduling, booking, and payment through a single automated platform. The new model offers clinics a centralized hub for all of their relief staffing operations – streamlining workflows, improving cost efficiency, and simplifying administration.
The subscription includes automated invoicing, payment processing, and shift scheduling, AI-driven fill-rate insights, profitability planning tools, and market-based rate data. Clinics retain control over rates, terms, and network composition, and remove the complexity of coordinating staffing across disconnected tools and processes. There are no contracts, and Serenity Vet does not charge any placement fees if a clinic decides to hire a relief veterinarian permanently.
